FAQ / Wristband Exchange

Ticket validity:

Entrance to the festival is only allowed with a valid ticket. Visitors are responsible for their own tickets and wristbands. Lost tickets will not be replaced. A ticket will be exchanged for a wristband at the entrance which will allow the visitor to have multiple entries to the festival site. The ticket loses its’ validity once it is exchanged for a wristband. Tickets without a ticket stub are no longer valid and will in no way lead to entry.
 

Wristband exchange with pre-sale ticket:  

Please exchange your tickets into a festival wristband if possible, directly after you have set up your tent and preferably not on the way to your first concert. We will do everything possible to keep the waiting time to a minimum, though you are on the safe side not to miss your favourite concert if you collect your wristband in advance.
